The course follows small roads through the beautiful countryside between Cauville, Mannevillette and Octeville-sur-Mer. The competitors will go through each one of the 3 villages and Octeville’s green. Cauville sur Mer, Mannevillette and Octeville sur Mer are situated at about 10 km from Le Havre. Rules of the race (open the bond hypertext) Organisation Registration You can send your registration form to the above address before 18 May 2005 with a cheque for 5 Euro for entry in the walking race and 6 Euro for entry in the running and disabled races. Alternatively, you can register online or download the form from our website and send it to us by post. Safety and medical assistance 200 volunteers and a team of specialist doctors and paramedics will be available along the course, from the starting line to the finishing line to inform and help competitors and to ensure safety. . Walking Walkers will be given a running number in Mannevillette between 8.00 am and 9.00 am. They will be shuttled by bus from Octeville sur Mer to Mannevillette between 8.00 am and 9.00 am. A special team will be in charge of picking up their personal belongings and transporting them to the finishing line. Running and disabled races Runners and disabled competitors will be given a running number in Octeville-sur-Mer between 8.00 am and 9.45 am. They will be shuttled by bus from Octeville-sur-Mer to Cauville-sur-Mer between 8.00 am and 9.45 am. A special team will be in charge of picking up their personal belongings and transporting them to the finishing line.
Race results A special team will be responsible for collecting results. The time and rank of each competitor will be recorded and published in the local newspaper the next day, and available online on the day of the race.All competitors will receive a bag filled with local food specialities. |
